At Immaculate Custom Cleaning, our team is more than a group of cleaners; we are people who care deeply about the spaces we serve and the people who live and work in them. We believe a clean environment brings peace, comfort, and clarity, and we take pride in the trust our clients place in us every day. With kind hearts, strong work ethic, and a shared commitment to excellence, our team shows up with purpose, respect, and genuine care, striving to leave every space better than we found it.
Nick and Tiffany Barbosa, Owners
"Our company was created in 2019, out of our genuine love for people. Nick and I knew we wanted to provide customer service that was unmatched in this industry, and knew that Lancaster Country provided the perfect clientele to connect deeply with."
Nick and Tiffany spent almost two decades in the restaurant industry, where they grew their love for food, people, and managing teams.
After spending thirteen years in Nashville, Tennessee, they decided it was time to return to Tiffany's hometown to expand their family, and begin their own business.
"God has truly blessed us with many things in life- but our children, our business, and our relationships with our clients continue to be among the top ranking!"
In what spare time they have, Nick enjoys Jujitsu and playing outdoors with their three young children. Tiffany leads worship at the church that they attend in Lancaster, Reality Church.
"Apprentice"- Oliver Barbosa

- a person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages.
Oliver began his journey with Immaculate Custom Cleaning in 2021, when he was just five years old. By the age of seven, he asked his parents (and owners) for more responsibility, as well as logo'd shirts.
"I want to be able to save money to buy a gaming laptop. Also, my parents are not going to be buying me a car when I can drive, so I need to start saving now."
Currently, Oliver helps Nick and Tiffany work on the weekends, and has opened his first savings account with Fulton Bank. He eagerly awaits opening his first checking account when he turns thirteen.
Izahk- Team Lead, Certified Trainer
Izahk’s leadership has grown steadily over the past two years with Immaculate Custom Cleaning Inc., and it has been incredible to watch. After stepping into a team lead role, he naturally transitioned into becoming our certified trainer for new employees, bringing thoughtfulness, authenticity, and a high level of care into everything he does. Izahk is extremely thorough in his approach to both people and training, ensuring others feel supported, confident, and set up for success. His genuine heart for our community shines through in the care and respect he shows to everyone he encounters, making him an invaluable leader on our team.
Izahk's favorite part of his job with Immaculate Custom Cleaning is forming relationships with clients and their families. He aims to go above and beyond for clients by being personal and specific with their homes.
Fun fact: Izahk's favorite color is yellow, yet he will never wear anything yellow!
Audrey - Team Lead, Training Apprentice
Audrey can truly be summed up in one word: reliable. She carries herself with a steady, consistent presence that brings calm and confidence to those around her. As our secondary trainer, she has welcomed many new employees into the field with warmth, patience, and genuine care. Behind the scenes, Audrey keeps our inventory organized, our home office running smoothly, and still manages routes on busy field days with ease. She is someone we can always count on, and her dependability makes a meaningful difference to our entire team.
Audrey's favorite part of her job with Immaculate Custom Cleaning is taking the stress off of busy families and giving them more time to spend with their loved ones.
Fun fact: Audrey is a huge animal lover and has a bunny named Clover!
Yasmine - Cleaning Tech, Air BNB Specialist
Yasmine is truly a complete package within our organization. She has been an all-star across all five of our company departments and played a key role in building our prominent B&B division. Yasmine is the best gap-filler we have ever had—someone we can confidently call on to step in as a team lead, handle solo cleans, or train in new areas such as post-construction. Her versatility, leadership, and deep understanding of our operations make her an invaluable asset to Immaculate Custom Cleaning Inc., and we are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.
Yasmine's favorite part of her job with Immaculate Custom Cleaning is knowing that she can alleviate some of the stress off of her clients by creating a clean and peaceful space for them to enjoy in their homes.
Fun fact: Yasmine has four ferrets, named Bean, Luna, Lily, and Napkin!
Valerie - Team Lead
Valarie is a tenacious, self-directed teammate who truly embodies a “get it done” mindset. She takes pride in working independently, embraces challenges with confidence, and is always eager to grow and improve her skills. Her steady, solution-focused approach makes even tough situations feel manageable. Beyond her strong work ethic, Valarie is kind, approachable, and quietly confident—someone others feel comfortable turning to and can always rely on to follow through.
Val has been professionally cleaning since she was 19 years old. She loves making connections with her clients/families. From Val: "Immaculate Custom Cleaning is truly unmatched in the industry when it comes to how Tiffany and Nick run their business with such intention, care and genuinity." (Thank you, Val!!)
Fun fact: Val uses her kiddos as an excuse to watch all the kids' movies. She knows all the words to the Kpop Demon Hunters sound track.
Mackenzie - Team Lead
Mackenzie is the definition of steady and consistent. As our longest-running team member, she has a deep understanding of our processes and standards, and she brings that knowledge confidently into every space she leads. She is an invaluable asset on newer assignments, offering guidance, calm leadership, and reliability that others naturally gravitate toward. Watching Mackenzie’s growth—both personally and professionally—over the past two and a half years has been incredibly rewarding, and we are truly proud to have someone as dependable and grounded as her on our team.
What Mackenzie loves most about her job is helping clients feel comfortable and stress-free in their homes. Knowing she can make their space feel clean, peaceful, and welcoming is really rewarding.
Fun fact: Mackenzie loves cozy nights in just as much as going out, but she still enjoys going out!
