• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Access: The client is responsible for providing entry to the premises at the scheduled time.

3. Payments and Billing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. User Conduct
